Canceling a one-time contribution:
Contributions made to donor-advised funds are irrevocable charitable donations, which is why they can qualify for an immediate tax deduction. However, within the first hour after scheduling a contribution, you can cancel it directly in the app's "Contributions" section and receive 100% of your contribution back. If you have discovered a serious error involving a contribution, please contact us at support@daffy.org.
Canceling or pausing a recurring contribution:
On Web:
To cancel your recurring contribution, log into your Daffy account and go to https://www.daffy.org/fund/contributions. Next, click on the recurring contribution under the header "Upcoming Contributions" and click Cancel Contribution or Pause Contribution.
To edit the amount, frequency, or funding source of your recurring contribution, you will have cancel your existing contribution (see steps above) and then create a new recurring contribution.
On iOS:
Scroll to the Contributions section on the home screen, and tap on the piggy bank image. Next, tap on the recurring contribution under the header "Upcoming Contributions" and click Cancel Contribution or Pause Contribution.
