Charities receiving Daffy donations electronically through Chariot have access to Chariot's reporting dashboard, a centralized place to view, track, and reconcile incoming donations.
This guide walks through how to navigate the Chariot dashboard to review donations, export data, and manage your organization's payout settings.
💻 Accessing Your Chariot Account
Go to dashboard.givechariot.com and log in with the credentials you created during onboarding.

💼 Chariot Dashboard Overview
The dashboard provides a snapshot of all donations sent to your organization through Daffy and other platforms that use Chariot. On the Overview tab, you can see:
Total donations received
Recent deposits
Pending transfers or compliance steps
Monthly or weekly totals
💰 Deposits
A deposit is a payment settlement from Daffy (or any other connected payment source) to your Chariot Deposit Account. A single deposit may include multiple donations to your charity from different donors.
A donation is an individual gift within a deposit. Each donation contains detailed information about the donor and the gift, such as donor name, donation amount, and purpose.
The Deposits tab on your dashboard displays every deposit’s
Date
Amount
Payment source (e.g., Daffy)
Distribution method
Status
Click any deposit to view additional details, including donation information.
📊 Donation Data Exports
You can find the Donations tab on the left side of the dashboard. From here, you can filter donations by date range, donor name, amount, funding source, or transaction ID.
Exporting Donations
Navigate to the Donations tab
Apply any necessary filters
Click Export
The export includes transaction details such as donor information (when applicable) and distribution method. Learn more here.
💸 Moving Funds to an External Bank Account
To move donation funds from your Chariot Deposit Account to your organization’s external bank account, click the “Move funds” button on the Overview tab.
From here, you can move all or part of your charity’s available Chariot balance to your external financial account via ACH.
The Ledger tab shows details on funds Chariot has transferred to your linked bank account, including:
Deposit date and amount
Status (Initiated, In Transit, Completed)
Donations included in each transfer
Click into any deposit to see an itemized list of donations included in that transfer. This is useful for month-end reconciliation.
🧾 Monthly Statements
Chariot generates monthly summary statements available for download.
To find your organization's statements, navigate to the Statements tab.
Each statement includes total donations received, total amount deposited, a breakdown by source, and any pending transfers.
⚙️ Account Settings
On the Settings tab, you can review or update:
Bank Account Information
Current bank account on file
Option to update or reconnect your external financial account
Organization Profile
Legal name, EIN, contact information, and mailing address
👋 Frequently Asked Questions
Why am I not seeing a recent donation from Daffy?
It may still be processing through Chariot's internal compliance checks. Most donations appear within 24–48 hours.
Why does my bank transfer not match my donation totals?
Chariot batches deposits, so a single transfer may include multiple donations.
