You can always check your donation status on the Daffy app or your member homepage.

During the donation review stage, Daffy verifies the mailing address of the charity to ensure donations are sent to the right place. We also track all the checks we send and follow up with charities directly when a donation check is undeposited.

If a donation got lost on the way or accidentally went to the wrong place, we'll be happy to cancel the original donation check and reissue a new one. Reach out to us at support@daffy.org with more details so we can look into the donation.
