What if a charity doesn't receive my donation?

You can always check your donation status on the Daffy app or your member homepage.

During the donation review stage, Daffy verifies the mailing address of the charity to ensure donations are sent to the right place. We also track all the checks we send and follow up with charities directly when a donation check is undeposited.

If a donation was lost en route or accidentally sent to the wrong place, we'll be happy to cancel the original donation check and reissue a new one. Click on the green chat circle on the bottom right of this screen to submit a donation reissue request.
