How do I update charity information on Daffy?

To request changes to a charity's Daffy profile (including mailing address), create a Charity Updates ticket by clicking the chat bubble on the bottom right of this page.


To submit the ticket, you will need the following information:

Required

  • Charity's Daffy link (URL) or federal tax ID (EIN)

  • U.S. mailing address (Daffy sends donations via US Mail and electronic disbursement, so keeping this up to date is important)

Optional

  • Website

  • Mission

  • About (a general description of the charity's programs and/or impact)

  • Logo (square image in .png format)

To update a charity's name on Daffy, the organization's name must first be updated with the IRS.
